Please note that for hygiene and safety reasons, used items or opened liquids cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused items in their original professional packaging, ensuring all seals are intact to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt for confirmation.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
